Staff provided excellent service. Comfortable beds and room. Club Lounge access was a nice perk. Knowledgeable concierge and helpful in organizing day tours. Fantastic breakfast buffet selection. Clean rooms and nice bathroom. Welcome drink, happy hour, and soft drinks supply were a plus.

We had a cozy bed in our room and appreciated the convenient location near the train station, just a 15-minute walk away, plus free Wi-Fi and a pool on site.

at hilton xiamen we had an excellent stay. we had an opportunity to explore pan base center as it’s set 5 minutes’ walk away.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made us feel comfortable and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We also enjoyed the convenience of having access to a club lounge. Another great feature was the hotel's location on top of a fantastic mall, which provided a wide variety of dining options right at our doorstep. Additionally, this hotel is situated in a very convenient neighborhood, with easy access to transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants.

Stayed here for a weekend and I was absolutely impressed. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. I appreciated that the hotel was located in the city center close to many shops, restaurants, and attractions. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.

The gym was a bit outdated and could use some newer equipment. The pool was small and felt crowded, especially during peak hours.

Great staff and perfect city location. the breakfast options were diverse and delicious, with plenty of fruits and hot meals. the fitness center was small but functional, with updated equipment.

The rooms were noisy due to construction. the staff was quick to resolve the issue.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. the service was impeccable, and the luxurious amenities such as the sauna and spa lounge were a delight. the private facilities were exclusive and added a special touch to my stay. the restaurant served the most delicious in-room breakfast I've ever tasted, and the bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere.

Despite being an amazing venue, there was a minor issue with the outdoor swimming pool. Although the sun loungers and BBQ facilities were great, the pool area was a tad crowded, and there wasn't enough space for all the guests.

Located on top of a great mall with restaurants and next to a popular shopping center, it was super convenient. the concierge was knowledgeable and organized, helping us book day tours and answering all our questions. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view. the breakfast buffet had many delicious options, including lots of different kinds of porridge. We also appreciated the airport pick-up service, making it easy to get a 144-hour transit visa.

The pool service and pool bar could use some improvement.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient neighborhood in the city center, surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants. It is easy to access the subway, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with clean and comfortable bathrooms. The service is attentive and friendly, with staff going out of their way to assist guests. The breakfast offers a wide range of options, including both Chinese and continental cuisines. Guests can also enjoy a beautiful view of the city from some of the rooms.

The pool area was not well-maintained, with a lack of staff availability and amenities.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel situated in the heart of the city. The location on top of a great mall with many restaurants was quite convenient for me. Moreover, this hotel was near to many coffee shops and transportation stations. The cleanliness of the hotel was quite noticeable, especially the clean and luxurious bathrooms. I also enjoyed the delicious and international breakfast buffet provided by the hotel. But, the best part was the helpful staff who went above and beyond my expectations to ensure my stay was perfect.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness center, massage, beauty treatments, and outdoor swimming pool. the location advantages made it easy to access the subway and explore local restaurants.

Although the service was mostly excellent, one minor issue I experienced was with the lack of vegetarian options in the restaurant. However, this did not detract significantly from my overall experience at the hotel.

The hotel was in a perfect location for exploring the city, with many popular tourist spots only a short walk away. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the view of the city from my window. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the free yoga class offered in the morning, which was a great start to the day.

The traffic outside was quite loud, and it made it difficult to sleep at night. Also, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, which made it frustrating to try and get some work done.
